Watched this anime back in 2002, did not finish it though, got a bit boring in the end, after he won some tournament, fought with a mofo who exceeded 100% and turned into stone then ashes or something like that.
He got banged hard by a car, mati kiao kiao, then came back again, his body almost got burnt by the house fire LOL XD

The manga was better….. according to fans….because the anime cut a lot of storylines that were in the manga……
