YouTube co-founder Steve Chen has confirmed that YouTube will be streaming in High-Quality (HQ) soon. He mentioned this at an interview on NewTeeVee Live conference.

Wow, this is really good news. No more pixelated videos on Youtube. However, with Screamyx, how long will we have to wait for the video to stream to our computers? At present, it takes a long time to stream anything from Youtube, with the occasional fast streaming on certain videos at Youtube. Overall, it is slow streaming using Screamyx. With HQ, how much longer are we going to wait using Screamyx?
